Custodian of records
AFTERGLOW Press Ltd. is not the producer (as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257) of any visual content found on this site. The original producers retain the records required by federal law and make them available to the proper authorities upon request.
Verified contributors
Independent contributors (such as Pamela Hachem) submit a notarized 2257 declaration plus government-issued photo ID at sign-up. Records are stored encrypted under the contributor's verification number and produced on lawful request.
